We ship every order within a maximum of 3 working days after placing the order. The delivery time depends on the country where the order is delivered.
Refunds
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require an invoice or proof of purchase to properly serve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to create a refund
To return a product, you need a completed product return form. You can find the form at the link below. Attach the correctly completed form to the product and send it to the specified address. We will contact you via e-mail about the correct delivery of the product and the successful return of the product. Your cost will be refunded to the transaction account or Paypal account if you purchased the product using the Paypal payment system. If you believe you have completed the return process correctly and have not received a notification, please contact us at info@fruitllux.com.
Missing return
If you have not yet received your refund, check with the bank where you have an open transaction account. It often takes a long time for the bank to approve the refund. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fruitllux.com.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that have an actual defect. If you believe you have received a product with a genuine defect, please take a photo of the product and send it to info@fruitllux.com and we will help you through the product exchange process.
